· Feedthrugh – Nickel, Kovar, Copper
· Weld Sheath/Flange-Nickel, Kovar, 304 Stainless Steel
Features:
· Designed and rated for high and ultra-high vacuum applications
·Constructed of vacuum-grade materials, including high-purity alumina ceramic insulation, 304 stainless steel or low-expansion Kovar weldable lips, and vacuum grade braze alloys
·CF flanged breaks feature one fixed and one rotatable flange (through-hole bolt holes)
·Available in tube sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 8″ nominal diameters
·Larger-diameter assemblies have tapered seals to minimize stress caused by differential expansion during thermal cycling.
